Religious Education (RE)

At Wood End Primary School, our Religious Education (RE) curriculum encourages curiosity, respect, and understanding of the diverse beliefs and cultures in our world. Across all year groups, children explore a variety of world religions, including Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, and Sikhism, gaining insights into their practices, traditions, and values. Through storytelling, discussion, and reflection, children develop a deeper understanding of faith, morality, and the importance of respect for others. We aim to foster a sense of empathy and global awareness, helping children appreciate the rich diversity of beliefs while encouraging them to reflect on their own values and beliefs.
